    The article describes the development of the direction of casting superalloys for high-temperature critical parts of gas turbine engines - the development of the first high-temperature nickel alloys with polycrystalline structure, the transition to directional and single-crystal structures, methods for calculating the chemical composition of alloys, the appearance of intermetallic and natural composite materials, manufacturing of parts from them.

  • THE STUDY OF FOUNDRY TECHNOLOGICAL AND STRENGTH CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CAST VERSION OF ALLOY ВЖ159, IN RELATION TO THE MANUFACTURE OF SHAPED CASTINGS OF PARTS OF AIRCRAFT GAS TURBINE ENGINES
    The results of studies of the technological properties of foundry and the basic strength characteristics of the cast version of alloy ВЖ159, superior in the properties of heat-resistant alloy of Nickel-chrome based ЭП648. ВЖ159 alloy has high weldability characteristics, including, in hardened condition, which ensures maintainability of parts and welded parts of it. It is concluded that the use of alloy ВЖ159 possible for the manufacture of shaped castings of parts of aircraft engines.

  • THE FIBROUS CERAMIC MATERIAL BASED ON ZIRCONIA FOR ALKALINE BATTERIY’S SEPARATORS
    In this paper was assessing the possibility of creating a porous flexible dielectric composite material based on refractory oxide fibers for the separators of chemical power sources: alkaline batteries and fuel cells designed for power supply systems of aircraft, marine, automotive and household batteries. It was carry out the comparative analysis of the properties of separation of materials of three kinds, proven ability of obtaining a porous composite material based on fibers of zirconium oxide having a high resistance to concentrated alkaline solution and a satisfactory mechanical strength. The investigation of obtained samples showed that the zirconia fibers with high thermal stability and chemical resistance, particularly to alkalis, have good prospects for the manufacture of separators alkaline batteries, especially in those cases where it is necessary combination of high power characteristics with increased reliability and service life.

  • PROJECTS, AIMED TO DEVELOPMENT OF STRUCTURAL HEALTH MONITORING SYSTEM FOR CFRP STRUCTURES
    Due to advantages fibre optic sensors base on bragg grating (FBG) begin wider and wider apply for measurement systems in some industry. Furthermore, possibilities of using FBG for remote structural health monitoring especially for aviation structural elements are estimated. In this paper method of measurement axial deformation of carbon fibre reinforced plastic (CFRP) specimen with embedded FBG during tension was studied. This method allow measuring elongation of specimens with the same precision as strain gage or extensometer. The method can apply for study of distribution of axial deformation in the CFRP specimen structure undergo to tension or compression. It is possible to use this method to measuring of axial deformation of structural elements based on CFRP which are capable to preliminary loading in operating range before operation.

  • AN EFFECT OF FIBRE OPTIC COATING ON PRECISION OF MATERIAL’S STRAIN MEASUREMENT WITH EMBEDDED FIBRE BRAGG GRATING
    Due to advantages fibre optic sensors based on Bragg grating (FBG) begin wider and wider apply for measurement systems in some industry. Furthermore, possibilities of using FBG for structural health monitoring especially for aviation structural elements are estimated. Integrating elements, for example fibre optic sensors, in composite material lead to occurrence of additional boundary. As a result there are occurrence structural inhomogeneity and decrease in strength, that is a reason for reduction in mechanical properties of composite. In this paper method of measurement axial deformation of carbon fibre reinforced plastic (CFRP) specimen with embedded FBG during tension was studied. Also an effect of fibre optic coating on precision of material’s strain measurement with embedded FBG are shown. This method allow measuring elongation of specimens with the same precision as strain gage or extensometer.

  • FILLERS FOR CONDUCTING GLUES (literature review)
    The review of scientific and technical literature and patents on fillers used in the composition of conductive adhesives to give them the properties of electrical conductivity. For compile this review, a search, selection, systematization and analysis of scientific, technical and patent literature by countries: Russia, USA, Japan, Germany, France, Great Britain and China, has been carried out. Retrospective search was 27 years. The most commonly fillers used in the conductive adhesives, the advantages and disadvantages of each of the fillers, the level of electrical conductivity achieved is determined. The influence of form of the filler particles on the electrical conductivity is shown.

  • INFLUENCE OF СARBORANE GROUPS ON CURING PROCESSES OF CARBORANE-CONTAINING ADHESIVES OF DIFFERENT CHEMICAL NATURE Part 2. Curing of the carboranconteined polyurethane and siloxane adhesive
    Mechanisms of curing of glues as a part of which carboranconteined components are used are considered. Curing processes in сarboranconteined, polyurethane and siloxane adhesive are investigated. Researches carried out using methods IR-spectrum, TGA and on change of the maintenance of soluble fraction in cured compositions. Influence of structure of сarborane groups on curing processes is shown. Results of experiments on decrease in temperature of curing of сarboranconteined glue compositions are given.

  • THERMOGRAVIMETRIC ANALYSIS OF SEALING RUBBERS WITH THE LOWERED COMBUSTIBILITY IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF INERT GAS(ARGON)
    Thermogravimetric analysis in argon environment of rubbers of sealing assignment, including the rubbers possessing lowered combustibility both in the initial condition, and with addition of finely dispersed flame retardants is carried out. Influence of used flame retardants on thermogravimetric characteristics of the received rubbers with the lowered combustibility is investigated.

  • THE INFLUENCE OF TEST CONDITIONS ON THE LOW CYCLE FATIGUE AND PARAMETERS OF CYCLIC DEFORMATION OF SUPERALLOY VZH175
    Investigation of low-cycle fatigue of superalloy VZh175 held at a given total strain Δεt and temperatures 20, 650, 750°С. Smooth samples with a diameter of 5,0 mm has been tested at a loading frequency of 1 Hz on the basis of 104 cycles. Analyzed the change of the loops of the elastic-plastic hysteresis depending on the number of cycles and test temperature. Width of the hysteresis loop εin ambiguous varies with temperature. The middle line of low cycle fatigue is built and the values of the endurance limits determined. Most high limit of LCF superalloy VZh175 has at room temperature. Also characteristics of LCF determined by the accumulated strain εn.
